These terms and conditions apply to every agreement between TitanBanks (NamaCorp VOF) and you as a consumer via titan-banks.com.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer and every distance-sales agreement concluded through titan-banks.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
3. Offer and prices
All prices on titan-banks.com are in euros including VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices; the price at the moment of ordering applies.
4. Order and contract formation
A contract is formed at the moment you place an order and we confirm it in writing (by email). We reserve the right to refuse an order without giving reasons, for instance in case of suspected fraud or stock shortage.
5. Payment
Payment takes place via the methods offered at checkout (iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, etc.). All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not receive card details.
6. Delivery
We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery times are indicative; delays do not give rise to claims for damages unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Shipping costs and delivery times per zone: /legal/policies#shipping.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless we state otherwise. Full procedure: /legal/policies#returns.
8. Warranty
The Titan X power bank carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty under normal use. Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, not damage from dropping, water, unauthorised opening or normal wear. For warranty claims: hello@titan-banks.com. See /legal/policies#warranty.
9. Conformity
We guarantee that products conform to the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable expectations of quality and usability. This is a statutory right that exists alongside the manufacturer warranty.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order, except in cases of intent or wilful recklessness. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.
11. Complaints
Have a complaint? Send it within a reasonable time by email to hello@titan-banks.com. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can submit your dispute to the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the competent court.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
13. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms. The current version is always available at titan-banks.com/legal/terms. For orders, the version in force at the time of ordering applies.
